Julie and Jonathan did a wonderful job, taking care of Wednesday and looking after the house. Communication was great. I feel Wednesday would have been perfectly content if we stayed away a month! I came back to a lovely clean house and a happy dog. Highly recommended.

Julie and Jonathan were amazing sitters for our two cats Moe and Barney. We received regular updates, pictures, and videos of our two boys and we felt so at ease while we were away. The cats took to them straight away and it wasn’t soon after they arrived that we received pictures of them snuggling together. Julie and Jonathan were also very self sufficient and very responsive. They left the house spotless and followed all our instructions. We can tell our boys are already missing them. We would recommend them to any sitter! Thanks again Julie and Jonathan! Julie and Jonathan just looked after our 14 year old dog Alby!! This was our first time using The Norfolk Pet Sitters! They were wonderful!!! Their daily updates really put us at ease so we could enjoy our holiday knowing that our “fur baby” was happy and enjoying himself! Alby was relaxed and loved his cuddles in the videos! They took him out on numerous outings too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future! Thank you Julie and Jonathan for being so nice and friendly!!!!! Our young dogs, who are full of energy had the most amazing time with Julie and Jonathan. They had fabulous walks, were groomed and loved and clearly formed such a bond. We received regular messages and photos whilst away about the dogs, hamster and house. Our house was also very well taken care of and immaculate when we got home. We will definitely use Julie and Jonathan again!

We have not left our little dog before. We were anxious to ensure that he was looked after and kept safe while we were away. Our dog was immediately at ease with Jonathan and Julie. We could see from the photos and videos they sent us that he was having a great time. When we returned the house was in good order. It was exactly as we left it. Jonathan and Julie are very amiable people and we would be happy to have them look after our little dog and home again.We would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Julie and Jonathan enough. They are absolutely fantastic. Firstly they took time out of their own holiday to meet us via WhatsApp video call, and then when they were back home they spent a couple of hours getting to know us, the house and the dogs. We have 3 dogs, all different ages, breeds, personalities and energy levels! (One of them was a very new addition who was a rescue and they were so understanding with him) They were amazing with all 3 and took them on lots of lovely walks and sent us photos/videos whilst we were away so we could see them enjoying their holiday whilst we were on ours. We will most definitely be booking them again in the future. As an added bonus the house was spotless when we returned home! Thank you both so much.

Julie and Jonathan were AMAZING and I know out Boxer Kika thought the same! We met Julie and Jonathan before they stayed in our home with Kika which was so lovely. The minute we met them we knew they would be perfect. Julie and Jonathan are kind, caring, thoughtful, professional, friendly and extremely trustworthy. We were very very happy leaving our pup as we knew they would love and care for Kika as if she were their own. We were sent regular updates and pics which was great to see and we can’t thank Julie and Jonathan enough. Our home was spotless upon our return and their bed had been stripped and bedding and towels washed! Thank you thank you and we look forward to having Julie and Jonathan stay soon!

Jonathan & Julie have sat for us a number of times now and if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Beautiful couple, very friendly and absolutely adored our pets. We try them everytime we go away and sadly havent managed to get back as yet as they have been off travelling the world, hopefully when they return. Comminication through all the sits was second to none, photos of our pets having a lovely time visiting the beaches nearby and cuddling up on the sofa with both Jon and Julie. I loved getting the little ‘pupdates’ whilst we were away knowing our pets were loved and cared for makes leaving them totally stressfree. Our house has always been spotless when we returned too and flowers watered if needed, they both go above and beyond to look after your property and your pets. I cant recommend them enough, the only downside is not being able to book them first for our trips!! One day soon though (everything is crossed!). xx

Julie and Jonathon were absolutely wonderful. Their communication was spot on from the start. They came to meet me and Maggie, my cockapoo, in advance of the sit and sent regular updates during the 10 day sit. Not only did I feel my dog had been lovingly cared for while we were away, the house was left in immaculate condition. I would very happily ask them to sit again, and indeed hope that they do!

We chose Julie and Jonathan to take care of our pooch for 2.5 weeks whilst we were in France, as they seemed like such caring dog-lovers. We were very anxious about leaving Barclay as he had been seriously unwell and had been hospitalised for 10 days and was recovering well, but required a lot of medication. As soon as we met Julie and Jonathan we felt that we were leaving him in good hands, and they gave Barclay the best care we could have ever hoped for. They had to give him a cocktail of tablets twice a day, and sent us regular updates and videos of them turning his tablet-time into treats and cuddle time; which he absolutely loved. He had also developed a small skin infection on his paw just as we were going away, and they were bathing it and administering the cream to it twice a day. Barclay was not an easy “sit” because of his medication, but Julie and Jonathan adored him and gave him all their love, care and attention. All our anxieties around leaving him completely disappeared, and we were able to enjoy our family holiday knowing that we could not have left Barclay with more capable and caring sitters. They gave us regular updates, and sent some beautiful photos and videos of Barclay looking totally happy and relaxed. I would love to use them again to care for Barclay, and would have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone in the Trusted Housesitter community.

Julie and Jonathan were as good Housesitter’s as it is possible to find. I cannot recommend them more highly. Clyde, our cat, clearly adored them. They sent regular updates during their stay, even a little video of him. We arrived back to find our house cleaner and tidier than it was when we left. If you ever have the opportunity to have them look after your house and pet grab it – they are a charming couple, utterly reliable and highly efficient. Once again THS has come up trumps.

Julie and Jonathan are truly amazing sitters. Their communication and professionalism were first class. They were kind,caring and keen for Billie to be as relaxed and content as possible. Julie and Johnathon had an instant connection with Billie which reassured me straight away. They provided regular updates and pictures and even took Billie out to the beach for the day. I was totally reassured throughout the sit. Julie and Jonathan obviously have tremendous knowledge and understanding of dogs and Billie was clearly very happy throughout the sit. Julie and Johnathon looked after my home like their own and left it spotless. Thankyou for a wonderful sit and I hope I will be lucky enough to have you both sit again in the future. I know Billie would really love that too!
